Changing Lives -- Building Futures
Project Learn to Read of San Antonio (PLR) serves individuals 15 years old (not in school) and older, who read or write at the 0 to 5th grade level, and/or have experienced learning difficulties that prevented them from learning in a traditional classroom setting.
Those who come to PLR for help are usually there because they want to improve their lives and the lives of their families. In most cases, our students are those who slipped through the cracks, and are now trying to catch up.
